Mike is a Fellow of the
Chartered Insurance Institute. He is a winner of Institute
examination awards and has acted as an insurance expert
witness.
After working at a number
of major broking houses, Mike joined Tysers in 1979 and has been
proactive in the development of our service standards and staff
technical training initiatives.
Mike has responsibility
for our major account servicing, technical support, insurance
programme design, self insurance management and the development of
new insurance products to meet the needs of our commercial
clients.
