The primary focus of this Division is to cater for all business
emanating from the United States of America, Canada and the
Caribbean. In addition, the Division has used its experience in
these areas to develop Property & Casualty business from
elsewhere in the World.
Our large team of brokers is equipped to handle a wide and diverse
range of insurance and reinsurance products both on an open
market basis and through development of Binding Authorities and
Programmes. The product sheets included with this brochure give you
a clear idea of the extent of our competence and skills. Our strong
relationships at Lloyd’s (and with many of the London and
International company markets) allow us to provide our clients with
the best possible terms and to deliver them in a prompt and
efficient manner.
All enquiries received at our offices are responded to within 24
hours and final terms, including wordings negotiated are advised
quickly and efficiently.
Our commitment to service does not cease after a firm order has
been placed. The Technical team will ensure that you received the
official documentation in a timely manner and that all
administration processes are completed with the utmost efficiency.
In the event of a claim, we will deal with underwriters on your
behalf to achieve the optimum settlement in the shortest length of
time. The Claims team is comprised of
highly experienced staff who have handled claims across many
classes of insurance and will ensure the rapid resolution of any
legitimate claim.
