Our tailored administration services enable

response times and speedy production of documentation. Our service
aims to remove all problems associated with insurance, leaving you

We will design our claims and administration
services to meet your specific needs. In most cases claims are
handled by a pre agreed nominated loss adjuster, which from
experience we have found this to be the most efficient system. The
loss adjuster will then deal with all claims on behalf of the
insurance company and settle theses directly with you, thereby
speeding up payments.
We monitor the whole claims management process and our claims
specialists are on hand to assist in the event of large, difficult
or contentious claims. We also monitor trends in claims so that we
are able to propose risk management measures where
appropriate.
Tysers dedicated claims support would include the following:-
- Dedicated claims team, reporting to the
Client Services Director
- Claims notified directly to a nominated
loss adjuster or Tysers if preferred
- Quarterly review of all paid and
outstanding losses
- Tysers will monitor and assist with all
contentious claims
- Tysers will ensure all claims are promptly
and properly settled
