constitute an infringement of the holder's rights.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with
English Law and any disputes arising in relation thereto shall fall
within the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The
enforceability or otherwise of any provisions of these terms and
conditions shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these
terms and conditions.
