The two main insurance programmes we can arrange for our clients are:

Single Project
with coverage under a specific policy to the termination of the contract. Specific coverages would include construction all risks (CAR), general liability, loss of anticipated revenue/business interruption, machinery breakdown, construction plant and equipment, pre-existing property, war/political risks.

Annuals
A single policy which automatically covers all of the projects anywhere in the world in which a single contractor might be involved during the year. For automatic cover to apply the individual project periods can be anything up to 48 months construction plus 24 months maintenance. Individual contract values cover up to US$ 50,000,000.
