Tysers Insurance Brokers appoints Martin Elton as Chief Operating Officer

We are delighted to announce that Martin Elton will become our next Chief Operating Officer, subject to regulatory approval.

Martin brings many years of industry experience with a focus on operations transformation and change. Martin will work closely with newly appointed CEO, Clive Buesnel, and the Tysers Executive Team to provide strategic and operational leadership.

Martin joins Tysers having led the outsourced ops and IT setup for Convex, a major London & Bermuda insurance start up. His background includes various ExCo roles at Xchanging (MD of a broking operations JV with Aon, COO at XIS, Insurance Sector CIO), and as COO and EMEA MD at ActiveOps, a provider of technology and management solutions to major banking and financial services organisations. Martin has also held senior roles at Accenture and Virgin.
