Clive Buesnel

Before joining Tysers, Clive spent nearly 10 years at Deloitte as a senior Partner, Vice Chairman and UK Head of Insurance.  While at Deloitte, he advised and supported multinational carriers and brokers and worked closely with Lloyd’s of London, most recently on The Future at Lloyd’s and Blueprint Two.  Clive joined Deloitte from a Lloyd’s Managing Agency where he was CEO. Prior to this, he was a founding member and Executive Director of Xchanging, a technology-based insurance solutions provider. Clive began his career at Andersens and held senior roles at Mars and British American Tobacco.

Clive has a wealth of experience in senior operational and strategic positions in the UK and global insurance markets, and is deeply skilled at leading and navigating the challenges of business transformation programmes. He is passionate about the role of data and digitisation in defining the next generation of insurance entities and in unlocking value and opportunities for clients and markets.
