David Abraham

COO

David was appointed COO in 2024 to provide strategic and operational leadership. As COO, he oversees Tysers’ operations transformation and change programmes and works closely with the Board to drive growth and consolidate and modernise the business.

Formerly Co-Head of wholesale broking at Tysers, David has more than 35 years’ experience of the London and international insurance markets. He began his career at HS Weavers before moving to HSBC Insurance where he was appointed a Director in the US management liability division. David co-founded the broking firm Arch Intermediaries in 2001 which was sold to Tysers in 2009.

David is Executive Sponsor of Tysers’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programme and Chair and Executive Sponsor of our charity initiatives.
