Chief Human Resources Officer

Michelle joined Tysers in 2017 and is responsible for all aspects of HR strategy and delivery across the firm. She works closely with the Executive Committee and senior leaders to build a modern and flexible workplace culture. Michelle has extensive experience in senior HR roles across a number of sectors including Consumer Packaged Goods, Hospitality, Retail and Financial Services.  She brings depth and expertise in M&A / Integration, Employee Engagement, Designing Talent Management Processes, Learning & Development and Change Management.

Before joining Tysers Michelle was Vice President of Human Resources at the Ghirardelli Chocolate Company where she focused on building global talent management programmes for both Ghirardelli and its parent company, Lindt. Michelle believes that her experience of working across a variety of industries brings a broad perspective in ensuring we value our most important assets – our people.
