London (April 26, 2019) – Integro Group, including Integro Insurance Brokers Ltd and its Tysers Wholesale division, announced the hiring of Andrew Westenberger as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Westenberger will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function of Integro and Tysers, which includes three primary business units: Wholesale (Tysers), Entertainment & Sport and UK Corporate and Private Clients. Reporting to Andy Behrends, CEO, Mr. Westenberger joins the Executive Management Team responsible for the execution of the Company strategic growth strategy.

Andrew brings a wealth of financial leadership experience with over 30 years in senior financial roles. Most recently he had been Group Finance Director of Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC, a FTSE 250 Wealth Manager with market cap of approximately £1 billion. Earlier in his career, Westenberger served as Group Finance Director of Evolution Group PLC, an LSE listed investment banking & asset management group, and COO for the Private Equity & Principal Investing division of Barclays Capital. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, London, in the Audit practice.

Westenberger earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University College London and the Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
