As an employer we have a duty of care to our staff to provide them with a safe environment where they can work. In light of the UK Governments recommendations we are asking our staff to work from home wherever possible in order to inhibit the spread of this virus and to try and ensure our staff are not overly exposed. We will continue to work with regulatory and health authorities to ensure that we keep up to date with current directives.
We have a responsibility to all our clients, current, past and future, and we will continue to trade as we have done continuously for the past two hundred years. The London market has put controls and systems in place that mean we will be able to quote and bind business, issue documentation and pay claims as the market has always done. Whilst “face to face” trading will have its obstacles we will continue to be an advocate for and on behalf of our clients in the same personal manner that we have always done.
We will do our best to try and ensure that professionalism and service levels are maintained. We have made it through some significant events in our history so we will continue to do our best for our clients in the Tysers tradition.
Our staff have full access to all mails so please continue to contact them in the same manner that you have previously.
