Following the recent success of the Graduate Programme, the Tysers’ Board is pleased to announce that it is looking for the next trainee to join the programme.

The aim of the Graduate Programme is to ‘grow our own’ talent by developing a bright, articulate and motivated individual, whilst providing them with an opportunity to gain a solid understanding of all aspects of Tysers’ business and its strategic goals.

The successful candidate will be offered a 2 year contract, consisting of placements across the majority of Divisions within the Company. If the individual successfully completes the programme an offer of permanent employment may be made but if there are no offers the candidate’s contract will terminate at the end of the 2 year period.

To apply, candidates should have a minimum of a 2.1 degree and ideally some work experience gained within the insurance industry. A shortlist of candidates will be drawn up to attend an Assessment Day in early July.
