Marlena joins Tysers from Norwegian Hull Club, where she held the role of Vice President, Claims, leading the resolution of complex claims cases across multiple jurisdictions and territories. With more than 11 years of adjusting experience, she has successfully managed some of the most challenging claims across a wide range of markets and segments, while also advising clients on policy conditions.

A qualified lawyer, Marlena has built a strong reputation as an educator in marine insurance, regularly sharing her knowledge on a variety of industry topics. She will continue this important work in her new role at Tysers.
