At Tysers, principled business practice sets us apart, and we apply this approach to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts as we work toward a more sustainable and responsible future for our business, employees, and the environment.

We are actively managing our environmental footprint and aim to achieve net zero emissions by 2050 across our wholly owned group entities.
We are developing and implementing a Carbon Reduction Plan to reduce emissions across our operations and supply chains.
- We aim to plant 13,000 trees annually, offsetting approx. 2,200 metric tonnes of CO₂
- "Shifting to Zero" strategy & Sustainable Sourcing Code
- Integrated sustainable principles across operations, procurement and supply chain management

Governance
We uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure integrity, honesty, and fairness in all our business practices. We screen out high-risk business activities and protect stakeholder interests through rigorous compliance and risk management processes.
We encourage transparency and accountability through our whistleblowing policy, which provides confidential channels for reporting suspected wrongdoing
ESG
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Tysers is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees have equal opportunities to succeed.
Our DEI strategy is led by the DEI Committee, with support from senior management and the Board, and includes initiatives to improve gender representation, career progression, and family-friendly policies.
We also sponsor the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network (iCAN), which promotes multicultural inclusion across the UK insurance sector.
