Ciara has over 19 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry and leads Tysers’ Political Violence and Terrorism team from Dubai. She delivers bespoke reinsurance solutions across emerging markets, including the Middle East and Far East, specialising in facultative reinsurance, facilities, binders, and Sabotage and Terrorism portfolios. Ciara’s global reach is supported by teams across multiple hubs, and her notable achievements include being the first woman to present at a PII conference in Pakistan.
