Martin joined Tysers in January 2021. Working closely with the senior leadership, Martin provides strategic and operational leadership and is expert in delivering ambitious digital and operations transformation and change programmes and driving growth.

Before joining Tysers, Martin led the outsourced operations and IT setup for Convex, a major London and Bermuda insurance start up. Martin has held various senior leadership roles including at Xchanging where he was Managing Director of a broking operations JV with Aon, COO at XIS and COO and EMEA MD at ActiveOps, a provider of technology and operations-management solutions to major banking and financial services organisations. Martin has also held senior roles at Accenture and Virgin.

He is a strong advocate of the importance of driving modernisation and growth to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
