Managing Director, Operations

Sam joined Tysers in 2012 and is responsible for the broking operational teams which include broker technical services, insurance broking accounts and onboarding. Sam also works closely with colleagues to support Tysers’ operational and growth strategy.

Sam has 33 years’ experience, previously with Heath Lambert where she worked with and managed teams across wholesale and retail spaces before heading up the insurance broking accounts, reinsurance and speciality technical processing and onboarding.
