Our Plans Regarding Brexit

Tysers Insurance Brokers |

The UK is leaving the European Union (EU) on the 31st January 2020

In order to address this we have put in place a solution that allows us to continue to work with our clients in the European Economic Area (EEA) with limited disruption to the level of service that they receive or the services that we can offer.

We have done this by creating Tysers Belgium nv, a Lloyd’s accredited broker, registered as an insurance and reinsurance intermediary in Belgium. Authorised and regulated by the Belgian regulator the Financial Services and Market Authority (FSMA), Tysers Belgium has passporting rights into all other EEA member states.

With a branch office in London the Tysers Belgium platform provides us with the flexibility to continue to offer our services to new and existing clients within the EEA, whatever the outcome of future trade negotiations.
