Tysers and Rönesans form strategic partnership

Tysers Insurance Brokers, a leading international Lloyd’s broker, has formed a strategic partnership with Rönesans Reinsurance & Insurance Brokerage, one of Türkiye’s foremost insurance brokerages.

Under the agreement, Tysers will take an equity stake in Rönesans, strengthening their relationship and aligning long-term growth ambitions.

Headquartered in Istanbul, Rönesans Reinsurance & Insurance Brokerage delivers specialist insurance and reinsurance solutions to a diverse client base, leveraging deep local expertise and strong international market connections. The partnership brings together Tysers’ global reach and Rönesans’ in-market capabilities to deliver enhanced services and innovative solutions for clients across multiple sectors.

Tysers and Rönesans will work together to support clients in Türkiye and Central Europe with innovative cover, placing risks into local and international insurance and reinsurance markets, including Lloyd’s.

As Tysers’ representatives in Türkiye, Rönesans’ local expertise and presence will be invaluable in achieving the best solutions for clients. Tysers will provide Rönesans with access to a broad suite of insurance products and services and leading insurers and reinsurers.
