William Furness–Smith

Head of Marine APAC

William began his career in 2010 at GFI Group, specialising in Panamax Dry Cargo Chartering. He moved to Marsh in 2012, joining the Marine Hull & Machinery team before joining Tysers in 2015. William has broad experience across Marine lines with a particular focus on the Asian market. In 2024, he relocated to Singapore as Head of Marine APAC, where he leads regional strategy and client development. His technical expertise and market insight continue to strengthen Tysers’ presence across Asia.
