Claire joined Tysers in 2020. She has over 20 years of HR leadership experience and has been integral to the growth and evolution of Tysers’ HR practices. Claire works closely with the executive team to deliver change and transformation programmes in all areas of strategic human resources including performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

She has held senior HR roles at Axa Liabilities Managers, Helix and McLaren Construction, where she developed and delivered HR strategies to align with business objectives and drive employee and organisational success.
