Sam was appointed Deputy COO in 2026 and is responsible for the oversight and management of the COO’s office. In this role, she focuses on strengthening operational excellence across the business and supporting Tysers’ long‑term strategic ambitions.

Sam leads initiatives to drive efficiency, enhance processes, and ensure seamless coordination across broking operations, IT, Risk & Compliance, and our offshore teams. Her work is central to optimising how we operate and the overall experience we deliver to our clients

Previously Managing Director, Broking Operations at Tysers, Sam brings deep expertise and an extensive understanding of the business. A key member of Tysers’ senior leadership team for 14 years, she has played a significant role in shaping and advancing our broking operations.
