SOLUTIONS

Helping you build with confidence: our specialist experts know how to handle construction site insurance.

Our construction insurance brokers provide bespoke insurance solutions.

We understand the unique risks and challenges faced by the UK construction industry. That’s why we recognise that every client’s construction insurance needs are different — whether it’s a single-site build or a multi-site development, from residential housing to commercial property projects, or infrastructure such as roads and bridges. We also cover high-risk activities, including working at height, bored pile construction, and other specialist operations.

No matter if you’re a sole trader, a specialist contractor, or a large-scale property developer, our expert insurance brokers are here to help. With that in mind, we offer tailored construction insurance solutions designed to protect your business at every stage — from planning and groundwork to completion and handover.

Contractors all risks insurance or standalone policies?

Contractors All Risks (CAR) insurance is typically offered as a package policy. In other words, it combines multiple types of coverage under one umbrella, tailored specifically for construction projects. That said, covers can also be purchased as separate standalone policies, depending on your specific requirements. To help you navigate these options, our specialist brokers are on hand to guide you in selecting the right insurance protection for your project.

“Our broker has arranged all aspects of our insurances for over 6 years and we have always been happy with the service.”
“Their communication is excellent. They have always taken the time to highlight some of the conditions in our Contractors Policy in particular, which if not adhered to, have the potential to effect claims. We appreciate their direct, straightforward yet professional approach.”
“They have become our valued business partner.”

Director, Sport Surfaces Construction Company

“I have worked with the organisation since about 2004 and, in that period, we have enjoyed a sound professional relationship. My business is property management; particularly leasehold apartments. This is a complexed facet to the whole property management industry. I have found my broking team to be very capable of understanding of the subtleties and nuances involved and it is to their credit they have immersed themselves wholly into appreciating the difficulties we encounter.”
“I have found my Account Director and his colleagues to be most helpful whenever I have needed their help. Their professionalism and customer service skills are impeccable. Whenever I make any requests their speed to respond is fantastic. Nothing is too difficult, nothing is too much to ask, they are there all the time, even out of hours should the going gets tough. The dedication to their role is truly commendable.”
“I would highly recommend them”.

Director, Residential Block Property Management Company

“We appointed our broker about 4 years ago when they competed for our business and were able to save on our premium. However, we are not just interested in money and the advice we have received from them has been invaluable, they have consistently challenged and reviewed our insurance programme to ensure it remains fit for purpose.”
“We were exhibiting when we had an accident with the gazebo causing damage to surrounding exhibitors. The in-house claims department sorted all aspects of the claim out without us even having to chase for information.”
“Our business has recently expanded and our insurances have had to evolve as our requirements have changed.”
“We have always found them professional and consider them an important business partner”.
