Tysers Dubai builds out Non-Marine team with key hire

Tysers Dubai, a leading specialist insurance and reinsurance broker, is delighted to welcome Ben Lott to the Non-Marine team. Reporting to Amin Basbous, SEO of Tysers Dubai, Ben will help to develop the property and casualty portfolio across MENA alongside Younes Younes who joined Tysers Dubai in December 2025. They will support clients with strategic risk solutions and developing new opportunities for Tysers’ growing Dubai operations.

Ben brings 10 years of insurance and reinsurance experience across the property, casualty, construction, energy and specialty sectors. He joins Tysers from Gallagher Re, where he held a senior broking role, placing complex facultative risks across the Middle East, London and international markets. Previously, Ben developed in-depth property and casualty experience and technical skills across multiple territories at BMS Re and Munich Re.

The appointment further strengthens Tysers’ presence in MENA and reflects the firm’s ongoing investment in specialist talent to provide superior support to clients across the region’s increasingly dynamic insurance and reinsurance markets.
