Bob oversees the expansion of operations in the UK retail broking market. He has over 40 years of industry knowledge and has a wealth of senior leadership expertise. Bob is expert in managing risks for clients across a range of sectors and is highly skilled in delivering insurance solutions for complex risks, focusing on providing an efficient and personal service to clients.

Bob joined Tysers in 2015 through the acquisition of NPA which he co-founded in 1990. He has a wealth of experience in acquiring and integrating businesses and of driving effective change through organisations.

Bob is a Director of UNA Alliance, an association of insurance brokers and insurers, who work together for the benefit of clients and the insurance industry.
