Bob has more than 40 years of industry experience and is expert in managing risks for clients across a range of sectors. He is highly skilled in delivering insurance solutions for complex risks and focuses on providing an efficient and personal service to clients. Bob joined Tysers in 2015 through the acquisition of NPA which he co-founded in 1990 and built through acquisitions. He has a wealth of experience in acquiring and integrating businesses, of large-scale leadership and in driving effective change through organisations to build product knowledge and expertise.

Bob is a Director of UNA Alliance, an association of insurance brokers and insurers, who work together for the benefit of clients and the insurance industry.

A former President of his local CII and a former Director of BIBA, Bob’s commitment to superior client service is central to his focus of strengthening insurer relationships and developing new and innovative risk management solutions.
