Tom is CEO of Tysers and also heads up Tysers’ Marine & Aviation practice. A highly experienced and respected Marine insurance practitioner, Tom has overseen an exponential increase in the size of the Marine portfolio, establishing the division as one of Lloyd’s foremost Marine brokers.

Tom has over 35 years of industry experience and has spent much of his career in senior management and strategic roles, including co-founding the successful Lloyd’s broker Kite Warren & Wilson, acquired by Tysers in 2015.

Tom works with senior management at Tysers to drive growth in London and internationally across all business areas, including Marine & Aviation, Property & Casualty, Specialty and Tysers Live.

He is a member of the Marine Executive of LIIBA.
